Créer un contact

## Rôle

Avec affiliation initiale optionnelle (companyId + role). Dédup contact appliquée.

## Accès

Scope principal : `contacts:write`. Le scope ne remplace pas les gardes de visibilité, d'organisation, de module ni les scopes complémentaires des gestes composés.
