Rôle#
Devis BROUILLON : client, contacts dont facturation, sections (sectionIndex des lignes), plan de facturation billingPlan. Prix unitaires HT, numéro et totaux calculés serveur. ownerId = un commercial (rôle sales). Relire avec get_quote ; ouvrir la fiche pour aperçu et modification, aucun envoi automatique.

Scope principal : quotes:write. Le scope ne remplace pas les gardes de visibilité, d'organisation, de module ni les scopes complémentaires des gestes composés.
