Rôle#
Mêmes règles que l'UI (ADR-073) : RDV → startsAt requis (fin +1 h par défaut), liens vivants dénormalisés, completed = appel loggé (créée réalisée).

Scope principal : sales_activities:write. Le scope ne remplace pas les gardes de visibilité, d'organisation, de module ni les scopes complémentaires des gestes composés.
