Appel passé ou rendez-vous tenu + compte-rendu + tâche de relance optionnelle, en UNE transaction. L'activité naît RÉALISÉE (kind meeting : startsAt requis). Mêmes règles que l'UI (ADR-073).

Scope principal : sales_activities:write. Le scope ne remplace pas les gardes de visibilité, d'organisation, de module ni les scopes complémentaires des gestes composés.
